Walk Along
Tuesday, February 12, 2008
I know I haven't posted any videos of Scout in a while. I've been too lazy to figure out our video editing software. Now that I have a decent grasp on it, no more excuses. You should be seeing a lot more videos around here from now on.
The first part of the video is Scout's valiant (yet unsuccessful) attempt at pushing her noisy walker toy thingy. (Leap Frog Learning Band Walker) The second half of the video is Scout using the walker to triumphantly cruise through the house.
**ETA** Just to be clear, Scout hasn't taken any independent steps yet. She can only "walk" using her little push-toy. I can barely keep up with her crawling all through the house....I don't know what I'll do when she's walking! Yikes!

OMG she looks and sounds exactly like Romi!!
This video is just too cute!
I have bad news for you. I don't think it will be much longer and she will be walking all by herself. But I could be wrong lol, might be a few more months. Toby never did use one of those walker things, he had one just never used it. He started walking around 14 months. The didn't take to long before he started running too. Good luck. :)
wow, look at her go!
btw, what diapers are you selling??
awwww, SO sweet! that walker singing brings back memories of tristan's first attempts at cruising; we have the exact same walker! (then it began to sing all on its own at random moments in the middle of the night, so we ended up donating it the the church nursery.) i love how she's be-bopping to the music at the beginning of the video. when tristan began walking he became SO much happier to have his independance. we both just love it :)
