My New Food Journal

Thanks, twolinesonastick, for suggesting how to grab a screen shot of my WW e-tools points tracker! That is SO much better than hand-typing my food journal. DH is also in the process of installing a screen shot program dealie for me, so it will make posting my points tracker entries even easier. I decided to create a separate food journal page, so as not to clutter up my entries and sidebars here at Making a Person.

You can now view every bite I am consuming at:

There is also a link titled, "Food Journal" on my sidebar that will take you there. Aren't you just so excited?

H*A*T*E that you can eat so much.
I'm down to NINETEEN FRIGGIN' POINTS and looking at your meals are killing me. I can have a piece of cheese for lunch...LOL Just kidding. I have 1.7 lbs to go until I make my goal weight, so I can add some more points in after that. I'm praying I can keep on track this week so I can make goal because I have a terrific time maintaining once I make a weight.

I'll keep you in my prayers. I know how difficult it is to keep journaling. It's taken me an entire year to get this weight off. I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT. Once you see those results, you get so motivated.
