Scout had some organic puffed brown rice for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I wish I would've gotten a pic of the grains of rice sticking to her face, creating a puffed rice goatee, but she was able to shove them into her mouth before I managed to turn on the camera. Shoot.







She also managed to get a little bit of watered-down apple juice out of a sippy cup. She could grasp the concept of holding the handles and sucking on the spout, but couldn't quite figure out that she had to keep tipping the cup as well. Better luck next time.
