We hung out with some friends down at the grand opening of our church's new cafe/espresso bar on Saturday. Scout's a popular little girl! My raging claw-your-eyes-out-if-you-touch-my-baby hormones have subsided and I actually enjoy it when other people hold her now. It's nice having a break sometimes.
She's been smiling so much lately. I snapped a pic of her cheesy grin while on the changing table. I LOVE making her smile.
We've received some "fluffy mail" recently and I have to say that I am totally in love with the Baby BeeHinds bamboo diaper I ordered. It is sooooooooooo soft. I wish I could wear something that soft on my rear! It's definitely living up to all the hype I've read in terms of absorbancy and it fits her really well. It does take forever to dry, but that's a small price to pay for such a cool diaper. I want about 36 more. But I don't have $600 to throw down on diapers. Although, since that's all we would need to last her through potty training (and possibly through another kid, depending on how well they hold up) it would be worth the investment. I also bought a Tots Bots Bamboozle diaper. I don't know if it's quite as absorbant as the Baby BeeHinds, but it's even softer!
I'm addicted to fancy diapers.
