I'm a bad slinger.

Sorta kinda figured out how to nurse in the sling. Now, will I be able to do it again? Not sure. I wish my sling fabric wasn't so bulky....or maybe it needs to be a smoother fabric, I dunno. It's just a little difficult to adjust.

Scout and I got dressed to take a walk yesterday....got her all situated in the stroller, and it started raining. Phooey. I just had to take a picture of her cuteness before taking her hat off and getting her out of the stroller, though.

I'm sorry you're still having trouble with the sling. It is gorgeous!
I used a pouch sling, not a ring sling, but what we did might work for you: we carried Sam facing the other way - with his head tucked into the side where the fabric goes up over your shoulder. (You can kind of see what I mean in this picture.) If that's possible with a ring sling, maybe it would be more comfortable.
I meant to send this to you before but I think I was delusional from lack of sleep. I don't remember if I ever sent it or not. Anyway the place where I bought my sling has wonderful demos with photos on their website, and lots and lots of tips on how and what to do to make it better. The site is www.kangarookidsonline.com
ooh what a cutie, she has such bright eyes, and I love your hair cut - really suits you.
She is too cute. I'm trying to rub her cheeks through the screen.
well done on persevering with the sling! tristan never took to his, so i kind of stopped trying and now i regret it. sorry, don't have any advice on it, but just wanted to say how ADORABLE scout is and i can really see a lot of you in her face! :)
By the way, Scout just has the cutest little face :)
