Only had a few period-y cramps today. I did, however, discover a glop of mucous whilst wiping this evening. It didn't fit the description of being stringy or blood-tinged, though. More like yellow and jiggly. Yeehaw.
I've been continuing my chiropractic care even though the baby is vertex now. I think I'm beginning to warm up to the profession and may even think that chiropractors are not quacks afterall. Well some of them may be, who knows. I've been feeling really good lately. I'm full of energy (okay, I still take a 2 hour nap every day) and my body just feels less bloaty and icky. Yeah, bloaty and icky - those are scientific terms. I could chalk it up to eating better and walking, but I have to wonder if I don't owe at least some of this to the chiropractic adjustments.

oh wow - will be thinking and praying for you. xx
Well I'm guessing its the mucous plug- which means that you are dilating- woo hoo!
YIPPEE!!! I personally have never seen the "yellow and jiggly" thing of which you speak, having never dilated even 1/4 centimeter, however my friends tell me that this is cause for celebration!!!
You might laugh, but but both of my children had chiropractic adjustments within a week of being born. Birth, no matter how idyllic, is a difficult thing for the little spine of a baby to undergo. I might also mention that until this week, my eldest has never been sick for more than 2 days in a row in her life. I have NO idea where this illness came from, but she IS in Kindergarten now, the petri dish of the elementary school world. But I digress.... Might I also mention that my children have never had antibiotics? Oops, already did...
Congrats on making progress. DI-LATE!! DI-LATE!!
Apparently bursts of energy can come right before labour. Who knows :) might not be the right burst of energy however. I am not the expert.
